Supporting Documents - New Born Baby

Post by saqib389 » Fri Mar 25, 2016 10:08 pm

Hi There,

I became british citizen last year in 2015.

I have had a baby girl 2 weeks before.

Please could someone advise me what supporting documents do i need to attach with the british application form for my baby.

1) Application Form
2) Full Birth Certificate.
3) 2 Photographs.

Anything else ? what proof do i need to show home office that i have had a british passport before my baby was Born ?

Do i have to send my British passport along with the application ?

Also my wife isn't british yet - does my baby still qualify to apply britsh nationality straight away without naturalisation ?

Thanks for your help.

Are you applying directly for a British Passport???

Was your baby born before or after you became British, your post is not quite clear?
