UK Born child T2G dependent visa details

Hi All,
I was trying to find the application form for my child born in UK for applying T2G depent visa but not able to locate in country application for downlaod .Can any one share the like of the same ?

Can you please also help me with the documents required to support his application as me and my wife is alredy in this categoery visa (Valid) and he is going as a seperate application (not with main application) in UK itself.

Do i need to send my original t2G BRP card ,Passport of mines (main application) while submitting his application ?

send copies of your and your wife passport and visas.
Original full birth certificate
3 months bank statement for maintenance £630 min.
passport photo for child.
