Waiting times for appointments for same day (premium)

I'm planning on going the premium route. When you are making an appointment for this, how far away are the available dates? I understand that of course this will be different for everyone but I just want an idea so I can have an idea in advance. Thanks

Usually you can book 42 days in advance but recently it appears that appointments have been available for only 28 days in advance.

Availability is not generally too bad (not like a few years ago).

Thanks for your reply. I guess I may have mistyped what I was actually asking. My question is more, if I make an application today online, will I be able to find an appointment soon, or is it more likely there's a long wait until an available date?

Should not be a problem to get an appointment.
