Tier 2 ICT Short term to Tier 2 ICT Long Term Dependant

Hi Team,

I have read couple of your post for the above query but I need additional info on this:

Situation: I have a Tier 2 ICT short Term visa which expires on 8th mat 2016 and my husband is on Tier 2 ICT long term visa which expires on 20th Sept 2016.

Query:

Since my employer's base location is my Home Country. Can I go back to Home country resign from my current employer and apply for a dependent visa from my Home country after my visa expiry? Or is this process only possible only when I wish to change to dependent within UK?

You can apply within the UK or from back home. The choice is yours.
