How to check the status of a Dependent ILR Application

Post by preet12345 » Thu Mar 31, 2016 1:18 pm

Hi ,

This is with regards to a Dependent ILR Application I have made for my new born son

Application has been made via post early Feb 2016
Submitted the Bio Metric Details on 26th Feb
Still Waiting for my son's Passport and Visa to arrive

In the past most of the application were processed in a max of 2 weeks once the bio metrics were submitted ..

There has been quite some delay this time ... unable to track the status of the application

Any guidance on how to go about it

Thanks

There is no way to track progress.

You will need to wait patiently.

If you needed an urgent or quick decision, you should have applied in person for a same day decision.

:(

Well I had thought about applying in person , but dont think there is an option to apply in person if the application is only for a dependent

anyways . thanks for your inputs

Assuming you have applied for FLR(M), yes you could definitely have applied in person.

Timelines vary, usually it takes a few months.
