2. If you are on Limited Leave to Remain, then you should already have an IHS reference number, having already paid it at the time of your extension ?
Am a bit puzzled how did you end with a £100 to be paid ?

Just an update on this, I emailed IHS team in regards to the correct amount and they solved my query. And I also spoke with HO about which visa to apply for my wife.
