I disagree. All banks and all organisations accept your own deed poll. You don't need to pay anything for name change. Search on Google for 'free deed poll', and print on good quality paper, and get signed by friends as witness.CR001 wrote:You should do the official one if you want official organisations to recognise it and your bank, HMRC etc etc.
