Require Urgent Help on Parents visa

Post by mkhan03 » Tue Apr 12, 2016 12:53 pm

I applied for my parents visit visa in Pakistan for Uk. I provided all the required documents and their visa is refused. I've mentioned below what is the main point embassy has raised. I don't which other document I had to provide to assure them that they will leave UK after their holidays. I mentioned into my sponsor letter for their leaving dates, Could you please help me why they've given this reason :|

Rejection Point:
The onus is on you to qualify for a visit visa based on your own circumstances and your own intentions. You have said that your son, in United Kingdom will help you with this visit whilst you are in the United Kingdom and, from the documents provided and the interview conducted with him. I am satisfied that he is in a position to do so and I acknowledge the importance of family ties. Whilst I take that into account in assessing your funding, maintenance and accommodation in the United Kingdom, that is only one aspect of the visitor rules and this sponsorship does not satisfy me of your own intention to leave the United Kingdom on completion of your visit.

My parents' visit visa was refused on the similar grounds last month. I've reapplied their visit visa which is still under process. This time around I've added a few more documents related to my dad's property and rental income.

Did you get any confirmation email from embassy before returning the passport?

No they didn't receive any email, only received a call from Gerry; saying you can come tomorrow to pick up your documents.

What evidence did your parents submit about their circumstances in their home country?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

So this is now evident that abu dhabi embassy is no longer sending a confirmation email for refused email before sending it back to VFS. You are the third one who has confirmed it.
