Dear All,

Last month my visa was rejected because I did not serve the cooling period (I was in the UK for last one year and just after 3 months I applied again from India with a different sponsor). So my visa was rejected under the cooling period.

Now the question is:

Can the same sponsor who was suppose to sponsor me (and the visa got rejected) me again after my cooling period? Or else I will have to look for a new sponsor?

Yes, they can and you can apply for visa after you serve 12 months cooling period.

What about RMLT?

If the RMLT is done and they have a COS, then it should be fine right?

Also, does the cooling period apply for Scotland too? Sorry - if this question is silly, but I saw some Scotland work permits discussions and wondering if it something different.

Scotland is part of the UK, so yes, the cooling off period will apply for Tier 2 General.
