In which case, has the temple been officially registered for marriages by the Registrar General for England and Wales? If not, your marriage won't be recognised under British law.

This is important. If you had a religious temple wedding in the UK, it is not recognised in the UK unless you also had a civil wedding at a Registry office.

You appear to be saying that you are applying as unmarried partners. Is this the case? An FLR(FP) application is likely to take a considerable time to process, especially as you appear to be an overstayer with no legal status.

Under what grounds have you applied for FLR(FP)? What nationality are you and your partner?

Have you provided strong (compelling) evidence of why you can't return to India as a family? The Case Worker is likely to take the view that as your children are still young, they could easily adapt to living in another country.

Your children having been granted British citizenship doesn't guarantee a successful human rights application. As you are applying as an unmarried partner you may have to be prepared to take a DNA test to prove you are the children's father.
Have you never considered returning to India and applying for an Unmarried Partner visa from there?

Being in the UK for 16 years (illegally) doesn't confer any rights.
It would have been less complicated if you had returned and applied for the proper visa from India.

It the Council tax bill the only evidence you've submitted to prove you've been living together in a relationship 'akin to marriage' ?

Have you been using NHS services??? You are not entitled to use free NHS and should be paying if you are using it.
Are you named on the tenancy agreement? What 'right to rent checks' has your landlord done to avoid a substantial fine for renting to a person that has no legal status in the UK?
Children's red book should not have been sent.
