Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi there,

My wife is on Tier 2 PBS dependent (long term staff) applicable from Jan 2015. I am working in UK from May 2010 and have long term staff Tier 2 ICT visa.
She wants to switch to Tier 2 General visa now. Can we apply from within UK or it can only be applied from home country?

If I have to switch to Tier 2 General dependent on her visa, can I do it from within UK?

She has to apply from home country. Sponsor has to complete the full and proper RLMT process.

You can switch to Tier 2 G dependent within the UK once she returns with a successful visa.
