Dependent visa extension

Post by abhishekav » Wed Apr 06, 2016 11:22 am

Hi,

Good Morning...

I have got my ILR on 2nd April 2016 on 5 year route. I need to extend my wife's and daughter's Tier 2 dependent visa to complete there 5 year period as they came in the UK after 9th July 2012.

They are staying with me in the UK since September 2013 and am applying for there extension from the UK. My queries are,

Do I need to show a maintenance fund of £630 for each dependent in my bank account for 90 days before applying the visa?

Does she need to have an English Language test certificate for applying the visa?

Regards,
Abhishek

Thanks For the reply....

I have got indefinite leave to remain and my wife will be extending her tier2 dependent visa to complete 5 years period to qualify for ILR, can I apply ILR for my daughter (3years old) now ? or do I need to extend my daughters tier2 dependent visa until my wife also qualifies for ILR?

Thanks,
Abhishek.
