URGENT!! Looking for a direct access barrister

Hello,

I'm looking for a direct access barrister or a good solicitor that can handle my case. I already have a direct access barrister that I hired months ago, but it seems like he is not taking my case seriously! He is always postponing everything and when things are finally done, I do not feel like he did his best. In the meantime, I'm wasting my money paying his fees AND the Home office as well as tribunal.

Long story short, when I applied for a student visa through a solicitor, my case was mishandled which resulted in me being refused leave to remain AND getting a ban. So I have been trying to clear up my name since then by proving that my application had been mishandled. All that to be able to finally get my student visa for this year.

SO PLEASE, could you recommend me to a SERIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL barrister that excels in handling refusals, appeals, deportation etc?

PS: I know that this question must have been answered a thousand times, so please bear with me on this. If it weren't that urgent, I would have taken the time to go through the entire forum to get my answer.

To get a ban, there must have been something very wrong with your application.

It is and always will be the applicants responsibility to make sure all the paperwork is complete and application is truthful and correct.
