Tier 2 PBS Dependent / PVT LTD Company ?

Hi all

I’m a Tier 2 PBS Dependent
1. Can I start a Pvt Ltd Company?
Ans :
2. Can I work as a Director of that Company?

3. My Husband is Tier 2 Main Applicant, can his(our) permanent address can be declared as address of my company (In reality, I can declare one room as my office) Will that affect my Husband?

3b - your husband can not be a director of the company and I would suggest he does not become a shareholder nor an employee even if it meets the 20 hour supplementary working rules.
Your ownership, control and management of your company has no impact on his Tier 2 visa unless he breaches his visa conditions in participating in your company.

Bear in mind also if house is rented best to ask landlord for permission to use as head office.

And if contracting bear in mind HRMC allow £4 a week a for home office, yes I know, it's nothing, don't be tempted to claim a quarter for example of the rent/utilities etc through the business, seen a few jumped on by HMRC for that.

He has got nothing to do , with my company. He will continue to do job only for his Tier-2 sponsor

We renting a home, I'm thinking to declare a room as company. The only relation to my husband is 'his residential address and my company address is same
