Your ownership, control and management of your company has no impact on his Tier 2 visa unless he breaches his visa conditions in participating in your company.

And if contracting bear in mind HRMC allow £4 a week a for home office, yes I know, it's nothing, don't be tempted to claim a quarter for example of the rent/utilities etc through the business, seen a few jumped on by HMRC for that.
