Thanks for the reply can you please answer one more query i have just seen my initial COS was assigned on 31Mar2011 as per below info from GOV site published on 08April2016 it says COS assigned before 06Apr11 are exempt from minimum earning thershold can you please confirm is this is correct.

Certificate of Sponsorship assigned before 6 April 2011
If the migrant’s 5 year continuous period includes a grant of leave where the Certificate of
Sponsorship (CoS) which led to that grant, was assigned before 6 April 2011, they are
exempt from the minimum earnings threshold. This applies even if they did not use that CoS
to apply for leave until after 6 April 2011.

Not entirely sure but have you been granted a 5 year leave based on that CoS from 31st March 2011. I guess not as 5 years wasn't an option at that time. If not you would have used a further CoS to extend your leave. In any case while you meet the salary threshold, you shouldn't bother. Good Luck

to get an ilr, you do not need 35k min salary requirement.
but be mindful of other things that u do need.. most importantly of a doc by employer stating they need u for foreseeable future, how much they are paying u and that it is according to the soc code.

Hello Team

I have one question please advice on below

I have been working with same employer since May 2011 till now had extension in 2014 and now have completed 5 years and so eligible for ILR with new increased salary of £36000.00 pa what my question is does my employer needs to do RMLT again for my ILR as my salary is increased now or its not required in this case as i am working with same employer from last 5 years so it is exempt.

RLMT is NOT required for ILR. You only need a letter from your employer that you will be required in your job for the foreseeable future.
