TIER 2 LT - Can dependent run an eCom biz?

Hello,

We are on Tier2 LT. Can dependent run an eCom biz? Is there restriction? Or legal complication.

Please guide.

Yes, the dependent can.

Make sure dep is registered as self employed etc and pays the appropriate taxes.
