ILR holdr, want to marry in Paksitan,spouse age less than 18

Dear Members!

I have ILR . . . my track of having IRL was Tier1 - General.

I am getting married in Pakistan, My wife age is 17 years 4 months, she will be 18 years old in June 2017.

Can I marry her within 2 months, she would be less than 18 years?

Or Shall i wait untill she will be 18 years old. . . according to below law/explanation

I think it is fine to marry her before 18 in Pakistan though.

Yes, I have completed the process of divorced in Pakistan from my first wife.

I have received computerised Nadra divorce certification from Union Counsel - Pakistan.

My ex-wife got depend visa, she came here for few days and then went back to Pakistan.

I have another question if someone can comment on this please.

The age different between me and my expected wife is 17 years. Will it be problem of having Spouse Visa. I have seen few very old threads where case workers have refused spouse visas due to Age differences > 10 years!

You shouldn't be refused due to an age difference as long as you can prove that the relationship is genuine, which is the case for all spouse visa applications.
