Anyways..5 years p60 form is mandatory? and
What is the absence list and how to show it?
Do we have to show any proof of address if someone applies without dependent I mean single ones!

P60s are not mandatory under Tier 2 (G) but no harm in submitting if you have it.
I did not submit any proof of address, however, your bank statements should have your address on it.

Absence List: Follow the same format as the application form. Mine was as follows:

Date Left UK Date Returned to UK Reason for absence
Date Date Paid Annual Leave

And GMO was asked not to post questions in that particular thread already and would have received a notification about it. GMO is not applying for ILR as far as I can see, as only recently applied for Tier 2 G extension.
