It can also be used for non-EU family members from visa-required countries who are coming to visit the EU family member.

21.4 - The EEA family permit wrote:Please note, if a family member who is travelling with, or is to join the EEA national in the UK requests a visit visa, you should offer him (or her) the option of applying for a family permit under EC law or a visa under the Immigration Rules.
If asked, just put down the address of where you will be staying.

thanx alot Vinny, but their is many question.
6.9.1 Where do you and the EEA National plan to live in the UK?
Include the house name or number/street/village/town/city/county/
postal code
6.9.2 Does the EEA National own this property?
If yes, please provide evidence of this i.e. title deed or mortgage
statements.
6.9.3 If ‘No’, on what basis does the EEA National occupy this
property i.e. rented, owned by a parent etc
Please provide documentary evidence to support this i.e. rent book,
parents’ mortgage statement etc.
6.9.4 How many bedrooms are there in the property?
Please provide details as requested.
6.9.5 How many other rooms are there in the property (NOT
including Spam, bathrooms, toilets)
Please provide details as requested.
6.9.6 Does anyone, other than the EEA National, live in the
property?
Provide full details of each other person living in the property
including full name, age and exact relationship to your sponsor i.e.
mother, father’s brother, son etc

where we are staying this property is our family. we are not rent or owned. how can i prove that, because i have to prove about this property.
like rentbook.....etc...........
thanx in advanced

Where are you applying from? The EEA Family Permit was just redone, and a lot of questions are included that are only relevant if you apply from outside of the EU. If you apply from within the EU, you can ignore nearly all of the questions.

If not, I think you should explain the situation in a cover letter. You can include some document about the property, but I don't think it is necessary.

6.9.4-6.9.6 probably relates to overcrowding (9.12) concerns.

Just fill in exactly the same information as last time, and leave the rest unanswered. The law has not changed, and the UK have no right to collect any more information or evidence than last year. Check the European Directive 2004/38 if you like, it is very clear about which documents can be required.

Also the law says that you do not have to use the form provided.

If you want to fill out the form, just say that you are staying on a friendly basis (i.e. for free), and give the details about the property. Since you are staying for quite a while, I guess they want to make sure that the property has sufficient space. I think that is none of their business, but at least the intention is ok.

And you do not need to prove anything about the property.
