If asked, just put down the address of where you will be staying.21.4 - The EEA family permit wrote:Please note, if a family member who is travelling with, or is to join the EEA national in the UK requests a visit visa, you should offer him (or her) the option of applying for a family permit under EC law or a visa under the Immigration Rules.

Where are you applying from? The EEA Family Permit was just redone, and a lot of questions are included that are only relevant if you apply from outside of the EU. If you apply from within the EU, you can ignore nearly all of the questions.scimo wrote:thanx alot Vinny, but their is many question.
thanx alot, we are living in germany. my wife got last year EEA FP for six months and we are visiting for two weeks and back to germany. last year was very easy form but since october2007 it be changed.thsths wrote:Where are you applying from? If not, I think you should explain the situation in a cover letter. You can include some document about the property, but I don't think it is necessary.
thanx vinny. we are going to just for visiting. not intend to live UK. i don´t have any house (owned or rent) in the UK. so how can i prove.... my family rent a house there on their name. last year we are applying for EEAFP was very easay to fill the form. but now is very difficult.vinny wrote:6.9.4-6.9.6 probably relates to overcrowding (9.12) concerns.
Just fill in exactly the same information as last time, and leave the rest unanswered. The law has not changed, and the UK have no right to collect any more information or evidence than last year. Check the European Directive 2004/38 if you like, it is very clear about which documents can be required.scimo wrote:last year we are applying for EEAFP was very easay to fill the form. but now is very difficult.
thanx alot, in form required all information. i can´t skip. it be forced to give all information. online visa application form. i have no problem to give my all information but only section 6.9 (your life in Uk) here i am confused. because we are going to visit we are not intend to live in the UK.thsths wrote:Just fill in exactly the same information as last time, and leave the rest unanswered. Also the law says that you do not have to use the form provided.scimo wrote:thanx alot, in form required all information. i can´t skip. it be forced to give all information. online visa application form. i have no problem to give my all information but only section 6.9 (your life in Uk) here i am confused.

If you want to fill out the form, just say that you are staying on a friendly basis (i.e. for free), and give the details about the property. Since you are staying for quite a while, I guess they want to make sure that the property has sufficient space. I think that is none of their business, but at least the intention is ok.
And you do not need to prove anything about the property.
