Tier 2 Gen Dependent visa to Tier 2 General Visa switch

I am currently working in UK on my tier 2 General dependent visa. But my employer want me to work on their own visa and they are providing me with their own sponsorship. My husband will hold his own tier 2 General visa. I am travelling to India to apply for my own Tier 2 General visa,

Q1. Whether husband & wife can hold their own Tier 2 General visa separately?
Q2. How to fill the Point basis system application?

On VFS website page they have some points earned for each field, whether we have to fill the points by self or the System will fill on its own for below mentioned fields?

Certificate of sponsorship= 30 Points
Funds Maintenance= 10 Points
English Language= 10 Points
Salary £36250= 25 points
Bachelor Degree (4 yr engg)= 10 Points

Yes.

Doesn't really make sense as you are allowed to work on your current visa. Changing to your own visa will reset your clock to zero for ILR.

Also, as you are a current employee, has your sponsor/employer completed the full and proper RLMT process to prove you have not been 'pre-selected' for your position?

Are the sponsors still busy with the RLMT process or has it been completed and she was offered the job AFTER the process was done?
