What happens if I dont pay ?

My wife is about half way through her 30 month (I think) visa (via form FLR(M) I seem to reecal).

Hypothetical Question: What would happen if I knew she were cheating on me, and refused to pay anymore in the future?

You are obliged to inform HO on the prescribed form if the marriage is no long subsisting. Her visa will likely be curtailed.

If you do not support her extension visa application, she will not get a visa.

If you have children who are British, she could remain in the UK on that basis with the appropriate application.
