Anamaria24 wrote:Hello again ,
I have 2 more questions regarding the AN form
At 7.3 do I have to leave blank if I don't apply for citizenship after my wife? Do you mean 7.5??
7.7 if I want to delete as not appropriate do I have to put the asterix in the tick box ? (This may sound silly) NO! Just draw a line through each line of the paragraph.
Thank you

Kate73 wrote:Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me with my doubts ....
I'm trying to fill AN form for my husband.
We are both from Poland. I have got BC already.
That's my questions:
1.32 Full name of partner (I know this one) but I'm not
sure about any name apart those mentioned above? ( should
I add my maiden name here? YES
And also :
Does he need to attached with AN form all P60s and
payslips from the date he received PR or can he attached
P60's and a letter from recent employer instead ? PR and AN applications are separate, you will have to submit evidence for the periods required going back from your date of AN application. Do not assume UKVI will go back looking for your PR application documents. P60s and/or employers letters are acceptable, generally five years documents seem to be ok, but if you have more attach as well.
My husband recives his payslips by e-mail and I don't
Know if HO would accept them?He has received his PR only Print and get HR to stamp/sign
a few months ago but I believe he doesn't need to wait a year to apply for BC as a husband of BC?He doesn't have to wait a year as you are BC at date of application I believe.
Any suggests? Thanks.
In continuation to my earlier queries I have more queries, I will be grateful if experianced people can shed some light on them,Sam69 wrote:Hi Experts,
Apologies as my queries are not new, but I have already looked at most of the related threads but couldn't find exact answers. I am going to apply for Naturalisation on 27th April for me, my wife and my son through NCS. We all have got our ILR in Sept 2014. I need some help regarding below,
1. Residence Requirements
For me> I am filling the table provided in the form for last 5 years of absence from UK, but not planning to provide any proof as HR department in our company is non existent and any small request can take months to get reply. am I taking a risk? salary certificate and or P60 will suffice in this case?
For my wife> same her company may strugle to give any proof regarding her stay in UK except salary certificates and P60 etc
For my son> do I need to fill details for my son?
As I go through the form I guess I will have more queries later.
Thanks in advance

>For my Son's(6 years old) BC application I am filling MN1 application, is this correct?
>For my wife's BC application residency requirements during last 5 years, in 2012 only she has traveled for 150 days out side UK however overall in total for 5 years she had traveled only for 200 days, will that be a problem?
You don't have ILR which is a status under the UK immigration rules not the EEA/EU one. Leave 1.3 blank and complete the section relevant to EU citizens.Angie77 wrote:I need some help!
regarding to question 1.3 AN FORM for an European with PR
''Date you were given Indefinite leave to enter/remain'' Is the PRC issue date or the date that PR status was acquired ???
TIA
State he is unemployed and leave the rest blank.Angie77 wrote:My husband's appointment with NCS was due next week. However he lost his job this week.
As far as I know employment is not a requirement for citizenship, at least I hope. Should I say on question 1.45 that he is looking for work? And questions 1.46, 1.47, 1.48, 1.49 Should I leave it blank? Should I include evidence that he is looking for work within his application?
TIA
This is not necessary - your documents covering employment (P60 or employer letter) are sufficient, as long as they cover that date 5 year ago from the application date.gig67 wrote:Many thanks for this very useful thread. I am an EEA PR holder and planning to submit Form AN.
My proof of being in the UK 5 years prior to the day the application is received by HO would be a bank statement showing debit card transactions on that day and previous/following ones (Sainsbury's, restaurants, etc)
- is this OK?
- Is it required to provide this evidence in the application?
thanks in advance
Many thanks for your quick response!alterhase58 wrote:

do you think if I state he is unemployed it could have any negative impact on his naturalization outcome?CR001 wrote:State he is unemployed and leave the rest blank.Angie77 wrote:My husband's appointment with NCS was due next week. However he lost his job this week.

Citizenship is not a visa - all citizens of the UK have recourse to public funds, according to their circumstances.Angie77 wrote:do you think if I state he is unemployed it could have any negative impact on his naturalization outcome?CR001 wrote:State he is unemployed and leave the rest blank.Angie77 wrote:My husband's appointment with NCS was due next week. As he could be seen as a burden to the public funds.
You wait now for the biometric enrollment letter which you take to the Post Office to do your biometrics. Then you just wait till you get your approval letter and your ceremony invitation letter. Once you attend your ceremony, you can apply for a passport and you get the form from the Post Office too.Anamaria24 wrote:Hello
