Maintenance Question

Hi

I recently submitted application form for by wife and incorrectly selected the maintenance question to be self maintenance rather then A rate sponsor. Her appointment is fixed now and I cant edit the application. Can you suggest the best way forward for this.

What visa category have you applied for?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
