Tier 2 ICT dependent visa

Hi Team,
My wife went to India before 1 year due to some medical problem. She has valid dependent BRP till 2018 June. (I have Tier 2 ICT visa for 2 years). If she wants to come UK now, will it be any problem ? Please advise soon..as its quite urgent. Thanks in advance

She can return as long as she has a valid visa.
