where to find my answer for my enquiry from UKVi page?

Hello!

Does anyone know where to find my enquiry answer from UKVI home website? It stated that my question have been answered but doesn't provide any link or way to find the answer they gave to me. I have checked in gov.uk but I couldn't find it. Anyone?

Not sure what you are asking about but presumably you asked a question online or by email and received a response??

Yes i have emailed them few days ago and i got an email from them saying that I got the respond but I couldn't find them anywhere in their website that I asked. Do you know where can I find them? I have the reference number but I just can't find the place to put and find my answers. Anyone asked them before and how do they find the link?
