thank you! you may have saved us from spending a small fortune trying to get a lawyer. I'll be applying for the residence card next month as my passport is with DVLA right now. Let me know how it goes and I'll do the same. Fingers crossed!mastersplinter wrote:Yep, apply residence card direct. I just mailed mine off yesterday so let me know if you have any questions. My wife is also an EEA national who is a qualified person. I'm a non-EEA national in the UK on a tier 4 visa as a postgrad student. Let's hope it's all smooth sailing!
Thank you!CR001 wrote:Residence Card
One more question, what should I fill in the fingerprints in previous immigration application ; british diplomatic post if they were taken abroad and place at which they were taken? My fingerprints were taken in Mauritius but the british high commission in Mauritius does not process visas, so applications are sent to South Africa. However there is a british embassy in Mauritius. I'm confused.mastersplinter wrote:Yep, apply residence card direct. I just mailed mine off yesterday so let me know if you have any questions.
