Extension of Limited leave to remainas a partner and a parent

Hi all need some advice plz i was granted LEAVE TO REMAIN as a partner and a parent .Consideration has been given under paragraph R-LTRP.1.1 (a), (b) and ( d) of Appendix FM which include the exceptions paragraphs EX.1 ( a) and ( b)

Az in the letter which i was received by HO written that you have a parental realtionship with a child and it is not reasonable to expect the child to leave UK

I am due to extend my visa , my circumstances are still same i know i have to fill FLR FP so under which category i have to tick is it FAMILY LIFE AS A PARTNER 10 yrs route?

Very simple.
Tuck all 10 year categories.
Regardless of what category you tick consideration will be given to all aspects of family life and leave granted appropriate to circumstances.
It's written in the form itself on the same page where you tick the category.

So do i have to put tick on family life as a parent 10years as i am not sole parent

You cannot apply for FLR(FP) PARENT route if you are in a subsisting relationship with the other parent. You can ONLY apply on the Partner route.

Yes last time leave to remain was granted family life as a partner and a parent

So do i have to put tick
1-Family life as a partner
2-leave outside the rules based on family and privte life

You can never be granted leave as parent and partner, the rules simply does not permit that.

You can be granted as parent, partner or outside the rules. They are all mutually exclusive.

Because of your particular circumstances you have been granted leave within the immigration rules under D-LTRP.1.2 of appendix FM

So is it under partner route?
