HEllo everyone

I am planning to renew my 2:5yrs in the next 3months on a 10yrs route

Granted based on family life ( child has spent more than 7yrs in UK now British citizen )

I was wondering if myself and my wife could extend /renew our resident permit on a premium Service

We never claim any sort of benefit

Please guide

If you are on a 10 year route (FLR) then a premium service is possible. For more information, go to page 3 with the reference to Premium Service.

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit

My resident permit will be expiring 30th of December

I have been requested to extend my leave earliest 28days before expiry date ( 30th of December )

Does it means 2nd of December I must attend my premium Service or they Must received my application should if I am doing Postal application

Thanks

You can apply either by post or in person anytime WITHIN 28 days before your visa expires. It does not have to be the 28th day exactly but it must be before your visa expires.

Hi

Myself, Wife and 1 child (7yrs ) planning to extend our 2:5yrs leave ( granted Based on family life ) toward end of November .

We were planning to use premium services but I was told by friends and read in some websites only those on DLR granted pre-July 2012 and on 3yrs leave only eligible to use the service not people granted on 2:5 yrso leave

I read from UKVI guidance fl (fp) form and it's seems we are eligible

Please any guidance or advise

Thanks

You can use premium service for extension of your leave.
Most applications are decided the same day but no one can guarantee a same day decision if your case is complex.
If it's a straight forward application then I don't see why you won't get a decision same day.

Thanks for your contribution

I believed my case is straight forward as I abide the rules

I never claimed any sort of public fund, no criminal record and I will not overstay my leaves before extension

Besides 2 of our kids were British citizen

Both me and my wife work full time

We got all the documents required for extension
