How tacle stay >6 month out of country in FLR M application.

Hi,

I am applying for first Spouse visa extension FLR M application( after 30 months).

Initially I stayed outside the country for a 1 year due to spouse's job in Middle East. ( Spouse is British national).
Now settled back in the UK (almost a year now) with a view to stay permanently.

Need your valuable suggestion/advise on how can I prove this in application that I have settled here. what evidence should I attach to support this.

There is no absence limit for people on a spouse visa.

Have you read the form to see what you need to send, page 64 in particular??

Many Thanks for your reply! Yes I have gone through page 64 requirements and am planning to provide as much as possible.

My question was more inclined to cover the statement 10.13 on Page 53 where it asks to state stays more than 6 months. We lived away for almost a year. I was thinking may be We have to go a step further to cover that.

You simply need to state the absence. Does the form ask for any more than this??
