Visa from T4 to FLR FP

Long story
Hello my friends
I applied for FLR FP visa switch from T4 visa because my kids from my ex-wife and she get visa leave to remain. When they get refugee state I applied for that.
Furthermore . I have EU GF from Netherlands living with me in a different city and I add that for my cause.
is my case is strong especially I see my kids regularly 2 times a week.and is any time for receiving my visa

Acknowledgement letter received 20/9/2017
Biometric letter received 21/9/2017

This is the last letter from home office . What his is mean is my visa goanna take long time more than 6 months ?

FLR(FP) applications are currently taking 12 months or more to process and decide.
(Casa, not CR001)

If you applied for a visa before your tier 4 student visa expired, then your existing tier 4 visa conditions continue. 20 hours working per week.

If ops previous tier 4 allowed 20 hour work.
Not all tier 4 visas allow work.

Yes . but I have dignity. I need to share rent and everything with her.

Have you applied for FLR(FP) or asylum? Your post is unclear. :?

I applied for FLR(FP) because I have 4 kids from my ex-wife and they get refugee (5 years visa leave to remain )
