Using different name to renew partner visa(10 years)

Hi,

I am getting a passport with new name on it on oct , my visa extention need to be applied by december, can i use my passport with new name on to apply for extention without using toc form,? As any changes on name need to inform HM within 3 months. Thanks

You will need to submit evidence of the name change, i.e. deed poll. You are also suppose to change your BRP.

Thank you for your reply, the problem is that if i submit changes of name through TOC form, i am so worry that i cannot get my document back before december (my visa need to apply for an extention by 14 Dec) ,can i use premium service to change the name on BRP ? Tjanks
