Although Home Office is famous for being slow with making a decision, it is quite strange that our case was decided at least 3 weeks ago and we have not received the decision yet.

According to the Home Office website: >>> If you don't receive your decision within 10 working days, you can phone us and we will look into this for you.<<<
Called them and they simply said: “wait until the 6 months period is over”
Why would you ask people to call you if you can’t even check a case that is decided. Poor service as usual …

Emailed home office in July with personal email, but no response, emailed from work email and got response awaiting decision
Emailed in August, same response by letter
Emailed on the 14th of september, got several response on 15/09/2017, 1st with caseworker, one minute later, email was recalled, three minutes later got same reply from August, i replied and clarified date application was sent, got a response to confirm it was with case worker.
