Settle in the UK: SET(LR) application

Hi Sirs
I will complete 10 years on 15th of this month. My application is refused on 25th of September 2017 and currently I have my admin review is pending.

I have talk to some solicitors but really confused as there advice is different. Would you please advice?

If I withdraw my admin review and apply for 10 years, how should I apply? Shall I request to withdraw my admin review, and wait for for a letter from Home Office to confirm me that my admin review is withdrawn and than apply with SET (LR)?
Or Shall I request to withdraw my admin review and also at the same time apply with SET (LR)?

Would you please advice me?

What error did HO make in your ILR application that you believe AR will succeed?

When did your last visa expire?

You could apply ILR LR and this would automatically withdraw your AR.

Many thanks, CR001. I have applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension (£50,000 route) and have got refused under Genuinity groud.
My last visa expired on 12 July 2016 and I have applied on 11 July 2016. And I have got refused on 25 September 2017. I will complete 10 years on 15th of this month.

What will be the best advice for me to go ahead?

HO reply has:
- Business activities are not genuine
- They have checked business address in Google Map but has not seen a visible sign
