Need help with Settlement visa!

I have a question, too. The matter is that We have submitted our application already 2 month ago, and it was not possible to send a pre-paid envelope then. We provided the envelope after 1 month. I just wonder will it affect our application process time or it still be 60 working days? Plz let me know if anyone has the same experience.
