Why are you applying for a Tier 4 visa? You know you can study with your current visa?rainbow1234 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 07, 2017 6:57 pmIam in UK with tier 2 ICT dependent visa. This is the route most ICT dependents take so that the main ICT visa holder can be a Tier 4 dependent for 12 months and then switch to Tier 2 General so that they do not have to serve the 12 month cooling off period outside the UK.sah10406 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 08, 2017 10:20 amWhy are you applying for a Tier 4 visa? Sure, but wouldn't the best idea be to apply much closer to the expiry of the current leave, over a year from now?
More often than not, migrants use the ICT route simply to get to the UK with their existing foreign company and within months of arriving, start looking at other options to change visas. ICT is relatively easy to get compared to other PBS routes.
Not suspended, cancelled. You do have two types of leave at the same time, that would not make sense.rainbow1234 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 24, 2017 10:00 pmIf student visa is granted will the tier 2 dependent visa be suspended?
