I tried to upgrade my postal ILR application to premium on July 19th 2017, and my request was rejected without explaining of reason. I was written than my application is not eligible for upgrade and it will stay in postal route.

Does anybody got documents back and BRP, who applied for ILR in March 2017 ?
What are those possible reasons for rejecting of upgrade?

Frustrated that this length of processing time was not clear at application. Money lost on family summer holiday booked as we have no passports!!
