Transferring Certificate of Sponsorship

Hi forum members

Can somebody help,
i got a certificate of sponsorship from one employer but i am no longer interested in joining the organisation, i requested them to cancel the sponsorship, they said they have referred the cancellation request to the Home Office, i now need the certificate to be transferred to another employer. How possible is it?

You cannot 'transfer' a CoS to another employer. The employer you want to join needs to apply for and issue you a new CoS (assuming they are an HO approved licensed sponsor) once all the requirements are met.
