Here is my story briefly
In 2006,I came to UK from Turkey on student visa and in 2008 I got married to a Polish citizen exercising the treaty rights. I then applied for EEA residency card and got 5 years permit. I worked legally all the time and did not claim any benefits (except the child benefit they automatically gave somehow, after making me fill up some papers in the hospital bed, that I didnt know what for I was filling up) In 2012, our daughter was born in the UK. And in 2013 we decided to move to Turkey as I did not have any help caring the baby, my husband was working long hours. Our initial plan was that me and the baby to move to Turkey and settle, he to follow us in 6 months because he asked me to arrange a work for him in Turkey and wanted to save some money in the UK while we are not there.
The time has passed, I have settled in Turkey, bought a flat, find a job but he did not want to come. He asked us to go back to the UK. When I refused, he finally told me that he is in love with someone and divorced me while I was in Turkey. That happened in 2017.
Now my daughter will start schooling and I really want her to get education in the UK. Also father is getting married again and when he has new kids, I am afraid that he will not pay attention to our daughter anymore. Because all those years he saw the kid twice.
We are living in Turkey now, I am only Turkish and daughter holds dual citizenship Polish and Turkish. Also, I am waiting father to arrange his docs for applying kid as British.
What is the route I should follow to gain Permenant residency or some kind of permit to live and work in the uK where I can be closer to father and get my kid into British education?
