UK TB certificate

Please can someone help me urgently. I am apply for tier 2 and my family are applying as tier 2 dependents, what is the visa category on their TB certificate supposed to say. Is it supposed to say "work" like mine or should it say "settlement and dependents"

And does it really matter

Work.

Settlement is only relevant to dependents of British Citizens or permanent residents.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
