EC-DR.1.1(d) - Relationship requirement
- you have provided a birth certificate of (Applicant's daughter's name) which states you as being her mother. You have also provided a copy of her passport and BRP that she has leave to remain until May 2019. You have states your sponsor is your son-in-law who has ILR.
Immigration officer then explain further about the rule for relationship has not met.
- You have provided a letter from family medical clinic that you require long term care I must be satisfied that this care cannot be received in your home country. The medical issues outlined in the letter are unclear.I am aware that treatments available in Sri Lanka for wide range of medical issues. Provision for personal care can easily be made in SriLanka. You have provided no evidence to show you are receiving financial support from your daughter or sponsor. Therefore I refuse.
Also no TB certificate to show that you are free of disease.
I have also considered your application under article 8. I note that no satisfactory reason has been put forward as to why the sponsor in the UK unable to travel to Sri Lanka. I have therefore refused your application that I am not satisfied.

But CR001 to let you know I understand the relationship issue. But I was given some legal advises by a solicitor at the time I apply the visa that it want be an issue as this must be considered under article 8. The other info are wrong we have provided bank transfers and mothers bank statement that we have provided finance each month since 3 years. We have explained why we cannot go back to SL for living we have 2 children who has only British Citizen and No SL citizenship for them and my daughter 9 years old) only speak English. And even my Son (3 years old). We also provided TB certificate with application.
Even now My husband has only British citizenship no more SL. We both are working here. My mother is 83 Y old now living along in SL. My farther died when I was 5 years old since then both my mother and me lived along in SL and I got married and had to come to UK 9.5 years ago. Since then she lives along there in Sl. Not she in passing a had stage and we all suffered living in 2 ends.
Can you please advise me a way yo get this success.
