PBS dependent ILR application form queries

Hello All,

please suggest regarding the queries above for PBS dependent applicant applying ILR where the husband acquired British citizenship after getting ILR through Tier 1 general migrant visa.

Section 2: Partner details 2.1
The form says: if you have a partner and/or any children under 18 who are living with you in the U.K and who are applying for indefinite leave to remain as your dependants, this is where you give their details.
Clearly, I am not applying for ILR in this application form. So, Should it be blank or should I fill in my details? This is the only section where I can fill my name and details on the form.
Please advise. There were answers lacking clarity on google and forums and so thought of clarifying again. please suggest
I would be providing my bank statements and payslips for supporting the finances section showing the proof of funds as the applicant (my wife) is not working.
I am also going to fill in my child details in the form in section2 and pay the fee: £4594

This is NOT for YOUR details. This would be for your spouse if you were all applying for ILR at the same time. You spouse is the MAIN applicant and Section 2 you complete the dependent child details.

Question 2:
Section 13: Consent for the home office to request verification checks (continued)
Should I be filling this section as I am going to provide my bank statements instead of my wife who is applying for ILR as tier 1 dependant?
But again this section seems to be filled if a friend or relative is provided the support. Not very sure if It needs to be filled by me.

Yes, you need to complete it if you are providing any documents in your name.

Question 3:
11.2.4: Country of issue and issuing authority
Background: she has renewed the passport in the UK.
Did google this question and understood that Country of the issue would be the country where the passport is issued first and even high commission in the UK of the origin country is treated as the country that initially issued the passport.
Please suggest if my understanding is incorrect?

Question 4:
4.2 if your partner is applying with you, is he or she aged 18-64. Answer is No. (As I am not applying)
Question 5: 1.5 Surname or family Name (trivial question but thought of clarifying)
Should we specify the Surname again in this question 1.5?
Full Name is given as per passport and that includes Surname as asked in question 1.4.

Surname yes for 1.5 and yes for 1.4.

Notes:
Section 9 does not apply to the Tier 1 dependent. So, skipping the entire section 9 in the form

Also could you please help me to answer the below questions?

I am a British citizen and my wife is in PBS Dependent.

I am an IT contractor working. I am a director and employee of my limited company and my wife is a share holder and an employee. We both are drawing a salary of xxx pounds each every month and taking out some periodic dividends with no specific pattern.

5.1 Is your home in the UK:
We both jointly own the house, so what should she be tick here?

5.2 Do you or your partner, or both, pay any rent or mortgage for your home?
I suppose she needs to tick YES here.
The mortgage is on both of our name but I pay the mortgage from my account so what should she write in this box to this question? If so, how much do you pay each month?

5.3. Are you working in the UK?
I suppose she needs to tick YES here and write her salary only xxx pounds. Am I correct?

5.4 5.4 Does a relative or friend of you or your partner, or both of you, regularly give you money?
Does it ask whether we receive from other parties?
Does it ask whether my wife receives any money from me?


5.7 Complete the following table indicating the sources and levels of incomes as indicated in 5.1 - 5.6 that you and your partner are relying on to maintain you and any dependants adequately.
Does she need to fill in this section?
If yes, what do we need to fill in in income source?
Should we list out our monthly salaries followed by dividends? In our case, we do not draw dividends regularly every month. Please suggest. Also could you please let me know if I need to write down our bank balances?

6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?
Any evidence required please?
If evidence required then what should we provide?

6.11 Please give the dates of any absences spent outside of the Crown dependencies (Isle of
Man and the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey) and the UK.
Reading this question looks like simiar to 6.2, should I have to fill this question as well?

You must provide your valid passport or (except a PBS applicant), a national identity card as evidence of your identity and nationality
This line says except PBS applicant so we don't have to provide the passport?

Section 12 A
If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying
at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you
were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years).
No other dependents are applying, so should we have to tick this box?
How many proofs and in what period interval the documents should be submitted?
It should be on both of our names or one document on my name and another one on my wifes name is needed?

12A Your Finances.
I suppose as we have ticked YES and written xxx pounds in 5.3, we need to provide her payslip and bank statements.
Am i right?
If yes, how many months of payslips and bank statements should she provide?
Also could you please let me know if we have to provide any dividend vouchers or P60 or tax returns or accountant letters confirming the salary and dividends?
We need to provide the proofs only for my wife or should I have to provide mine as well?


Finally, should we also provide my payslips, dividend vouchers and bank statements as well(as she cannot support herself on her own with a salary of xxx pounds a month)?. Please note, I am also drawing yyy pounds per month for me as well.

If needed, 3 or 6 months of payslips, dividend voucher and bank statements are needed?
