Hi,I was wondering if anyone could help me with an issue regarding his BRP.
There’s a person I know who wants to apply for a job, but the person in question can’t apply for a job cause the employer wants the visa that states the person has indefinite leave to remain in the U.K. on his new passport or a biometric card. So please if you have any information, like how long it will take to process it will be if great help. Thanks

Correct, ILR in the paper sticker in a passport is no longer accepted and the person will have to apply for BRP Card. In person can cost up £850 and it gets delivered within 7-10 days.

Postal is cheaper but can take up to 6 months (usually 8-10 weeks).
