An onward ticket terminating in Mexico should be ok for VWP if you are a "legal resident" of Mexico. Do USCIS include Mexican citizens in this definition?zyany77 wrote: But if I'm also mexican... would this apply?
I don't mean to remain in the US, only to transit ... my onwards journey is to Mexico.
