Non-EEA applicant, unmarried partner of dual nationality British/Irish citizen with pre-McCarthy EU residence permit but also Surrinder Singh eligible due to working in France for five years (so lots of sections of the form to complete and three page cover letter)

Applied for PR April 11th 2018 expected to be posted by my solicitor by SD but used 2nd class RD, didn't get there until 19th April home office didn't sign for it, application got lost by royalmail, resend photocopied documents on 20th April. All passport was lost both wife's and my child passport, had to re-apply for new passports, resend the original documents when available.

Original documents sent: June 9th

COA received : July 13th
BRP Approved: July 30th

I had same issue about biomatric I was applied Pr 09/07/2018 online and documents submit via merton register office prs after 4 weeks time when I haven't receive biometric I mailed them and 3/08/2018 I received mail back from them I have issued with a biomatric you today and received 7/08/2018 and I done 8/08/2018 and now I am waiting I hope so now it will be fine
