Tier 2 short term ICT dependent to Tier 2 long-term ICT dependent and applying for Tier 2 general Visa

I moved to UK in 2015 as Tier 2 ICT short term dependent and then came back in 2016 as Tier 2 ICT long term dependent now I got a job and the employer is helping me to get Tier 2 general Visa. Will there be a cooling off period for my case

The cooling off period DOES NOT apply to PBS dependents applying from home country for tier 2 general main visa.
