Main applicant and dependant's separate ILR applications

Post by bajo85 » Fri Aug 24, 2018 4:46 pm

Dear forum gurus and members,

Thank you for reading my post.

I got tier 1 (Entrepreneur) initial LTR in March 2014 with 4 dependants.
Applied for extension in March 2017 and got it in September 2017.

1st Q: When will I be eligible to apply for ILR? Feb 2019 or Aug 2019? (28 days early)

2ns Q: If I will be eligible to apply in Feb 2019; then can I (the main applicant) apply individually without my dependants as their LTR will be expiring in Sep 2019? As soon as I get ILR (before my dependants' LTR expiry) I would register my dependant children who were born in the UK for naturalisation and apply ILR for dependant wife. (does it sound good to you?)

If I don't hear anything from UKVI until Aug 2019 then I will send my dependants' ILR applications. Please help

I will highly appreciate your help.

Kind Regards,

Within 28 days before initial visa start date.

Should be fine.

thank you CR001 for your reply and help.

so my 5 years time will be counted from 26th March 2014 (initial LTR grant date) and the 6 months time during which my extension application was processing will be included in the 5 years time and I will be qualified to apply for ILR on 27the Feb 2018. (28 days early) (Brilliant!!!) ... Dear CR001 Please confirm again considering my visa dates.

Sir/Madam, Is there any successful case like I am planning; where the main applicant applied separately upon his 5 year completion and applied his dependants' ILR/extension upon maturity of their LTR? please share related link if you know any.

Thank you so much for your help.

Kind Regards
