About biometric card

Hi all, This is Hasan..I am new here.please response my request. I was 5 years route but I did not met 18600 that why I apply as a family and private life for 10 years route I apply by post 7 Aug 2018 .I received my biometric letter 12 September .I did my fingerprint 13 sep 2018 but its 5 weeks over I did not receive my biometric card yet.. can anyone please tell me how long i have to wait for card... one of my friend sent paper same time he received already .

Did your friend apply under the same category? You won't receive your BRP card until your application has been approved and if you read through the FLR(FP) Timeline thread, you will see that a FLR(FP) application can take up to 12 months for a decision to be made.

And my solicitor did not tell about the time scale.one of my other friend apply as like as me but he received his card with in 2 weeks.

I've never seen anyone on the forum receiving a decision on a FLR(FP) application within 2 weeks :!:

They did not send my wife passport back .but she need her passport back for another important appointment.is it possible to bring my wife passport return.if so does any impact in my application.please answer me.

It depends on your circumstances and what you have already submitted. HO don't always ask for extra documents.

Sorry for ask you again....can you please tell me is it possible to ask home office to status of my application.is called them last week and one of the officer took my email and my reference no.and he said I will receive email within 5 working days.is it possible.my questions is if I get any update what it should be.
