Tier2 dependent Visa when cos is expired but A rated sponsor

GM everyone,

Help Required,

My husband just shifted to UK in Oct18. Now we require to apply for my n kids dependent Visa. The maintenance tab in visa application has an option fully a- rated sponsor if I select that what can mention in that tab because COS has expired. But cos was having the Y for dependents clause in it. I m not willing to wait for 4 months for my husband to get all documents n sent it over here.

You mention the CoS your husband was assigned.

Note that a CoS must be used by the main applicant within 3 months, but the CoS will have a 3 or 5 year date specification for the job which the length of visa has been based on.

Thanks for the reply so early. So in this case we can provide COS for our maintenance purpose n no need of providing any letter from the company.
